To learn conceptually, students need to inquire, think and theorize. They need space to make connections between ideas.

Activities

Communication skills are given utmost importance. While general communication takes place in English, the Literary Club at the school schedules a number of activities in the calendar, to ensure that children get ample opportunity to participate in oratory competitions as well.

It gives them a feeling of having made their country proud. Students who listen to the national anthem in their schools learn to respect their nation and develop a sense of unity among themselves.

An elocution competition at school level gives students an opportunity to combat one of the biggest fear factors i.e. stage fright.

Children eagerly look forward to it as it allows them to live their fantasies by dressing up in costumes and acting like their favorite characters, cartoons, or animals.

Children are taught to make use of readily available items to celebrate special occassions at school. Be it presenting a bouquet to the guest of honour or celebrating Rakhi, the Timeians use handcrafted items as far as possible.

Audio-Visual Room: Children have access to 'edutaining' videos and documentaries, related to their curriculum. Dance Classes: Bi-weekly classes are held in Western Dance. These are conducted in the last 2 sessions so that the children do not have to resume studies after this physical activity.
